Crew Rostering

Crew rostering is the core function of the WECOMS system. It creates a fair and efficient roster for the planned schedule, whilst observing local legalities and company rules. This can be performed manually or automatically using a fair-share constrained roster generator. Results can be moderated by the use of a Fatigue Monitoring System. The crew roster will contain all crew duties including flights, training, rest, and ground duties.
